Salt & Sun Sanctuary is a coastal-inspired wellness space designed for restoration, relaxation, and renewal. Each visit is intentionally unhurried, allowing guests to experience warmth, light, sound, and calm in a thoughtfully designed environment.
At this time, appointments are not required. Our team is happy to guide you upon arrival or answer questions in advance to help you plan your time.
Visit lengths can vary depending on your chosen experiences. We recommend allowing extra time to settle in and enjoy the Sanctuary at a relaxed pace.

Experiences and Comfort
Yes. Please ensure new tattoos are fully healed and protect healed tattoos with sunscreen or a tattoo protectant to preserve color and vibrancy
After your experience at Salt & Sun Sanctuary, you'll leave feeling relaxed, warmed and renewed. Your glow develops gradually and may continue to deepen for up to 24 hours. To nourish your skin and prolong your radiance, we recommend finishing with one of our hydrating tan extenders.
At Salt & Sun Sanctuary, tanning beds are available for guests 18 and older. Guests ages 14-17 may tan with a parent or legal guardian's written consent, in accordance with state regulations and the legal guardian MUST be present on the first visit. Guests under 16 must have a legal guardian present.
Spray tans are available to all ages and are always encouraged.
For the deepest, most radiant bronze, we recommend the Coastal Combo. By pairing a UV session with a sunless spray in a single visit, you'll achieve the fastest, most natural-looking results possible.
We care about your safety as much as your glow! State and federal regulations require protective eyewear every time you tan because items like towels or regular sunglasses don't filter out tanning rays. Our specially-formulated lenses are the only way to keep your eyes fully protected while you bask.
A general "red light pod" (often referred to as a red light bed or full-body pod) is a high-intensity wellness device designed to bathe the entire body in specific wavelengths of light. Unlike small handheld devices or flat panels, a pod is a 360-degree "cocoon" that uses thousands of LEDs to trigger a process called photobiomodulation.
How It Works
The pod emits light in two primary ranges: Red Light (630 - 660 nm):
Best for surface-level issues like skin health, collagen production, and wound healing.
Near-Infrared (NIR) Light (850 nm):
Penetrates deeper into the body to reach muscles, joints, and even bone to reduce inflammation and speed up recovery.
When these light particles (photons) hit your skin, they are absorbed by the mitochondria (the "powerhouse" of your cells). This stimulates the production of ATP (cellular energy), helping cells repair themselves and function more efficiently.
Unfortunately, the federal government charges a 10% tax on indoor tanning.
